Circle process is the alternative dialogue technique every leader and ADR professional needs to know. Training participants will be able to use circles to:
• Create and support environments necessary to integrate change into a system.
• Bring peace and understanding to conflict and strained relationships.
• Tap into the intelligence and hidden potential which is part of every person and organization.
• Become certified as a Circle Keeper as established by Peacekeeping Circle guidelines.
Lisa Hancock, M.A. is a conflict resolution specialist and sought-after guest speaker whose work promotes dispute resolution, problem-solving, team building, and decision-making. In 2007 she received a Master of Arts in Dispute Resolution from SMU, and is an adjunct professor in their dispute resolution program. Today, as Director of Restorative Communications, Lisa performs mediations, designs workshops, and conducts Peacekeeping Circles for a variety of clients.

For the first time these 2 self awareness concepts are being
presented together in order to demonstrate how family of origin experiences and
our core Enneagram number serves as the foundation, framework, and context
through which we view life.
Personal and Professional insights gained will provide participants with tools and strategies to better self manage and productively lead others during challenges and times of conflict.
